WHEN PLACING AN ORDER:
We are committed to Service Excellency as it relates to the satisfaction of our clientele. It is important that you read our “no refund” policy. We only offer store credits for our merchandise. If you have any questions concerning our products including size, color, fabrics and related matters please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
We do not offer refunds, only store credits: This policy is non-negotiable. Every item at Taj Beauty Emporium is hand selected and will not accommodate all sizes and colors. Our clothes are true to size unless otherwise specified in the item description section. Our sizing charts have factored in the “stretch” quality designed of the fabric. Since we do not offer refunds please order clothing in your actual size. In addition, we do not accept returns on items that are damaged along the seams from stretching, stains on the fabric and/or other wear-tear type occurrences. We are currently looking for quality curvier clothing manufacturers as we extend our size range to accommodate larger plus size selections.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR AS RETURN ITEM:
Only items that are considered “New Plus Sized” qualify for store credits. This does not include outlet priced items, final sale items, clearance items or any accessory type items. New Plus Sized items may be returned for a store credit, if a request for a return authorization is received within 3 days following the delivery of your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are not included in the store credit. Please note: store credits do not expire and can be applied to any purchase. Store credits do not cover shipping and handling fees. Request for returns received outside of the 3 day policy window from the date of delivery of the New Plus Sized item will not be accepted and the sale will be considered final. No refunds or price adjustments will be made on any item.
WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN:
ITEMS NAMED "OUTLET" “FINAL SALE” or “ACCESSORY ITEMS” do not qualify for store credit returns. Products purchased from the "Clearance" or "Outlet” or “Final Sale” will not be accepted for return, exchange, or store credit. These items are final sale, no exceptions.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. You can return a qualifying item and repurchase a different size or new item using your store credit (received after following the process above for a qualifying item). Since we are unable to do exchanges, please note that we do not hold items for returns or for store credit usage.
To return "New" items, you must contact us directly at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. In the email request, please put in the subject line: Return Authorization Request + (the name listed on the order). Please include the item(s) you would like to return and the reasons for your return within your email. We will then reply to the email with a return authorization or denial. The return authorization will include the date that the return must be postmarked by. All returns postmarked after the postmark date authorized will be returned to sender as a FINAL SALE. Once the return is received it takes up to 3 days for us to process. Customers may only receive a single store credit per purchase. This means if a customer returns a new (non-final sale) item or items and receives a store credit, any items purchased using that store credit are considered final sale and are not returnable. We do not offer discounts or promotion codes on items purchased with a store credit. Store credits cannot be used with promotions codes. All promotion codes state: Not valid on previous purchases, store credits, special orders, or gift cards.
Items returned without obtaining a return authorization will be returned to sender. A return authorization must be received before making a return.
We cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend obtaining tracking and insuring your package for the full purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees, including postage, insurance, as well the original shipping and handling charges.
Return merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with original tags (if applicable) in order to receive a store credit. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to you. Please note that if the seams are damaged (i.e stretched) or if there are any stains, deodorant stains, perfume, smoke or other odors on the returned item it will not be accepted and will be returned back to you, as we will not be able to give a store credit in these cases.

We will get back to you as soon as possible. The date we reply back will not affect your return authorization, as we go by the date you originally emailed us.
We ship only to the PayPal shipping address as it is provided at the time of payment.
Regular Shipping $8.75 (takes 5-7 business days & signature confirmation):
You will receive orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes or Padded Envelopes. Packages are shipped from Louisiana, at the flat rate of $8.75 and should arrive within 5-7 business days unless an item is on backorder. Signature confirmation MAYBE required to ensure the safety of your order.
Expedited Shipping $27 (takes 3-4 business days):
We now offer Expedited Shipping for a flat rate of $27.00 online, available for orders placed by 1pm (EST) Monday-Friday. Expedited Shipping can take up to 3-4 business days to arrive.
